Ayala Land sets another milestone in Negros Occidental

Talisay City.Ayala Land, Inc. continues to reinforce its growing presence in the VisMin region, breaking ground last , June 13, for the  Ayala North Point Community Center in Talisay City, Negros Occidental. The ceremony was led by the Honorable Eric Saratan, City Mayor, and Antonino T. Aquino, President of Ayala Land. .

Considered the first of its kind in Negros Occidental, this community center will complete the North Point mixed-use development, which features Ayala Land’s full-line residential development offering in addition to the North Point Technohub office buildings. Envisioned as the new destination for Negrenses, the North Point Community Center will have a two-storey retail building offering a dynamic mix of retail and service concepts, an outdoor retail strip offering a wide selection of dining options, and a supermarket as an anchor. Highlighting the project is a central park, which shall feature sprawling landscaped areas and outdoor convergence points as an ideal venue for families and individuals to bond.

Also present during the event were project partners and prospective merchants to celebrate yet another milestone set by Ayala Land.
